Please read these Terms carefully before using Voyalix. They affect your legal rights and obligations, including our liability limitations and your agreement to individual dispute resolution. Key sections are highlighted below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Voyalix platform ("Service"), website at voyalix.com, or any associated applications, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voyalix ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Your continued use of the Service following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and such updates are effective immediately upon posting.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" herein shall include both you individually and that organisation.
2. Description of Service
Voyalix is an AI-powered trip planning platform that generates destination recommendations, cost estimates, visa requirement information, and day-by-day itineraries for groups of travelers with different passports, nationalities, and budgets ("Plans").
The Service is a planning and discovery tool only. Voyalix is NOT a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, or any other travel supplier. We do not sell, book, confirm, or guarantee any travel product or service. All bookings are made directly between you and third-party travel partners.
The Service may include:
• AI-generated destination recommendations and itineraries
• Cost estimates for flights, accommodation, local transport, and food
• Visa requirement information sourced from publicly available data
• Photo galleries of destinations sourced from Wikimedia Commons
• Links to third-party booking platforms (Skyscanner, Booking.com, etc.)
• Downloadable PDF itineraries (Voyalix Plus subscribers)
• Saved and searchable trip history
3. Price Accuracy and Financial Disclaimers
All prices displayed on the Service are estimates only. They are generated using AI models, publicly available fare data, and partner API feeds, and they are subject to change at any time without notice. Voyalix makes no warranty, express or implied, that the prices shown reflect actual, current, or available prices from any travel provider.
You acknowledge that:
(a) Final prices are determined at the point of booking with third-party partners and may differ from estimates shown on Voyalix.
(b) Voyalix is not responsible for any price discrepancy between what is displayed on our platform and what is charged by third-party booking partners.
(c) Currency conversions are provided for informational purposes and are based on approximate exchange rates. Actual conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider may differ.
(d) "All-in" estimates include a food allowance that is approximate and based on average local costs; actual food spending will vary by personal preference and consumption.
(e) Voyalix does not receive commission from, nor influence the pricing of, any third-party booking partner.
Voyalix shall not be liable for any financial loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from your reliance on prices or estimates shown on the Service.
4. Visa and Travel Document Disclaimer
Visa requirement information displayed on the Service is sourced from publicly available databases and is provided for general informational purposes only. It is NOT legal advice and should NOT be relied upon as a substitute for professional immigration advice or official government sources.
Visa requirements change frequently due to diplomatic relations, government policy, and international events. Voyalix makes no guarantee that the visa information displayed is accurate, complete, or up to date at the time you access it.
You are solely responsible for:
(a) Verifying all entry requirements, visa conditions, and travel document requirements with the relevant embassies, consulates, or official government immigration websites before booking any travel.
(b) Ensuring that all travelers in your group hold valid travel documents, meet health entry requirements, and comply with any applicable transit visa rules.
(c) Any costs, losses, or damages arising from being denied entry to any country based on incorrect or outdated visa information displayed by the Service.
Voyalix expressly disclaims all liability for any denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, detention, or other consequences resulting from reliance on visa information provided by the Service.
5. Eligibility and Account Registration

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Voyalix Plus"). By subscribing, you authorise Voyalix to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the subscription rate in effect at the time of purchase.
